Lawyer Montgomery Delaney tries to extort ransom money from father.

Asks $50000 in order to allow father to see son.

Here is correspondence (quite long as Monty veils extortion essence with mythic accusations and low IQ reflections)

Dear Mr. Petrov:

I have spoken with Ms. Basheva about your proposal. She respectfully declines.

You have abandoned your son physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually. You have chosen to flee the United States rather than pay to support your son. Nobody chased you away, you left of your own will and desire.

Your abandonment of your son has been both despicable and unfortunate. It has caused great harm and damage to him. You are in arrears for child support in an amount of over $200,000.00.

The Basheva family can not trust you or anything you say about your current financial situation. You have lied to them repeatedly and in fact, during our phone conversation today, you refused to even admit that you left the country only because you did not want to pay support for your “beloved” son.

You indicated that you wanted to seek a modification. You will not succeed in that unless you bring yourself personally before a Judge here in Westchester County. Don’t waste any of your precious money on that.

Also, there will NEVER be any meeting with you in ANY foreign country unless,  Michail chooses to do so when he has reached manhood and emancipation.

Here is Ms. Basheva’s position:

1) You pay her an immediate payment of $20,000.00 towards your child support arrears.

2) You pay an additional $30,000, UP FRONT, for the first five years of contact with your son via Skype or,  by being present in the United States for supervised visitation only, in keeping with the current Order of the Court.

3) This payment of $50,000.00 is required in sixty (60) days

4) Upon receipt of your payment, the Skype communication will begin.

You should be advised that having been without a father for so long, that Michail may have his own reservations about re establishing contact with you. That being said, I can assure you that both his mother and  grandmother will encourage him to do so. Whatever is done, it MUST BE in his best interests.

For a long time now, you have not done what was in this child’s best interests. You now have an opportunity to redeem yourself. He is a wonderful boy and I hope that you take advantage of this opportunity and finally,  make your son more important than your money.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hey Monty,

If it is only about $50000 cash, why wouldn't you give them to Mariya yourself.

Once the money spent on new tits, Mimi might allow you to touch them.

Peter

Mr. Delaney,

I fought 2 years your corrupt system to get Michail with me.

I was imprisoned 3 times during this fight (BTW I lost all my savings, mention this because it is important to you as a lawyer).

Now I have another son, he is not a replacement of Misho, but some form of consolation for the loss.

Convince Mariya to put Misho into a plane to Bulgaria and I will give her all money she wants - you mentioned 200 thousand, right?

You are a low horizon guy (usually I spare the truth when it is hurting, but you spent time to write long letters, and you deserved it; it is another question whether you have the intellectual capacity to really think about things rather than just embracing main stream cliches )

Have you seen "Divorce Corp"?

What do you think about it?

Again, talk with Mariya to allow my son to speak to me over Skype.

Will write you more later (Kroum does need my attention -  his mom is away from home until Sunday)

Take care

Peter

Mr. Petrov:

Apparently, the “fatherland” is a state of denial. In every civilized country in the world, leaving the country to avoid paying child support is considered abandonment. There is really no need for further discussions. You obviously have very little love, care or concern for your son. You have in fact, abandoned him physically (by running away from your obligations), emotionally (because the boy doesn’t even know you) and financially (because you haven’t paid a single penny to support him for many years now).

You punched his mother in the face and gave her black eyes (there are photos). You cut her off financially, left her and your “beloved” son homeless and sued her for divorce. You lost in Court and rather than comply with the Court’s Order, you fled the country. You set up a website to publish  semi-nude photographs of your “beloved” son's mother for all of the world to see. Since fleeing the country you have not given this child any support of any kind whatsoever! These are the facts!

Your denial and your need to paint yourself as the victim here is almost pathological. It raises the concern that were you to have contact with the boy, that you would attempt to fill his head with these lies and fabrications. Your son and his mother are the victims here, NOT YOU!

Your money has always been more important to you than your son. This is sad for your son but even sadder for you.

The emotional damage you have done, and continue to do to this boy, by your abandonment of him, is profound.

There is more to fatherhood than getting a woman pregnant. You have not been a Father to this boy and you apparently have no desire to be one.

Once again, you are in arrears for your child support in an amount over $200,000.00. You may begin to make your child support payments directly to the Child Support Enforcement Unit here in Westchester County. If you would like to have visitation, you may come to the United States and petition for it in a Court of law.

Absent one of those two options, this discussion is now ended.

Best of luck.

Very truly yours,

Montgomery J. Delaney

Any payments you care to make can be made to the child support enforcement unit here in Westchester County.

It is unfortunate, that once again, you have decided to put money ahead of your son and continue to ignore your financial responsibilities in his regard.

This concludes our discussion.

If you change your mind, let us know. In the interim, your son will continue to be encouraged to speak to you. As of now, because he doesn't even know you, he is reluctant to do so.

I would suggest you begin to repair this damage as soon as possible. With every passing year of your abandonment, you hurt your son more.

This concludes our discussion at this time.

That's my proposal.

If you want, I can make her a better proposal to Mariya:

If she wants to have twenty or sixty or two hundred thousands, she can just send Misho to me in Bulgaria and start working hard.

I simply have no ready money for Mariya.

All my saving went to Neveen Nesheiwat (and Robert NearyNeveen must have shared with the judge) - all I can do is to sign a power of attorney document to Mariya, so that she sues the guys who screwed her. Once Mariya wins, she can retake possession of my earnings.

Let me know.

The child support issue must be addressed first. If you want to see your son, you can return to the United States and begin legal proceedings.

This is not a negotiation that you can control. Ms. Basheva is awaiting a counter proposal, not a diatribe.

Dear Mr. Delaney,

According to Bulgarian and US/NYS laws, visitations are not and cannot be subject of paying or non-paying money.

The act of asking money for visitations between father and son has one name - extortion - extortion is a crime - as a lawyer you should know this.

Therefore I respectfully invite Mrs. Mariya Basheva to allow contact between Misho and me [Even corrupt "judge" Robert Neary stipulated in his last order issued in August or September 2007, that there must be visitations between Misho and me - Mariya Basheva must start obeying the order, otherwise she continues to be in default].

Freedom of choosing the country where one lives is a fundamental one - I have chosen to live in my and Misho's Fatherland - it is Mariya who fled her Fatherland in hope to extort money (well, it's not getting to work anymore).

In brief,  I'm asking Mariya to allow ASAP visitations with my son.

Misho and I can start today with Skype; Mariya is free to record our conversations and use recording at her ease.

Let me know when visitations via Skype will start.

Sincerely,

Peter Petrov

Dear Mr. Delaney,

As you have asked, I'm reiterating my offer to Mrs. Mariya Basheva:

I'm ready to start paying her each month 17% of my actual salary or $500 a month, whatever is greater, in exchange to her allowing me to have regular contact with my beloved son Michail, in person or via Internet.

Regarding in person contact,  as I mentioned to you, I can pay Misho and Mariya flight to any country, where parents do not face persecution from corrupt divorce systems - Cuba, any European Union Country, etc. (basically any country besides US and probably Canada).

Regarding contacts via Internet, popular programs like Skype could do the job.

I have no problem Mariya to record conversation between my son and me and using it at hear ease.

Regards,

Peter Petrov

Dear Mr. Delaney,

Unfortunately, Google does not handle written requests (at least from ordinary people like me; let me know if you think possibility exists)

What Google offers (and it is supposed to work for web masters like me, who have control over website content) is, after removal of the content, to ask Google to remove from their search engine missing or outdated content ( I already did using the link; you can easily verify it by yourself)

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals?pli=1

https://ssl.gstatic.com/accounts/ui/avatar_2x.png

Google Search Console

www.google.com

Use Search Console to monitor Google Search results data for your properties.

As an example I'm sending you screen copy of online confirmation of a request for removal - it says "waiting... request for removals", then the link

<mimi1.jpg>

Again, you or Mrs Basheva can do the same request for removal like the ones I did (as the content is no more available); Google is supposed, at their will, to honour or disregard your request.

Another way to address Google lazyness or unaptness to honour requests for removal is available for Mariya only - as a citizen of EU country -  Google is obliged by an EU act to remove links to pictures  or damaging info (I don't believe Google will enter into legal details that these pictures were taken by her and sent by her to publishers)

Please let me know whether I can talk with Misho before Christmas.

Sencerely,

Peter Petrov

Dear Mr Petrov:

Please follow up with Google immediately. Put your request to them in writing and let me know that this has been done by sending me a copy of any such correspondence. In addition, let me know if there is anything that Google might need from me or my client in order to have these photographs removed.

There can be no question about this aspect of our negotiation. I have no doubt that these photographs have already damaged my client's professional reputation and have hindered her ability to gain employment.

Your anticipated immediate action in this regard is appreciated.

It is very nice to hear from you and I look forward to helping you and your son. However, you were completely misinformed.

My client is not inclined to accept your terms but rather, desires her own terms.

We can begin by IMMEDIATELY removing her photographs from your web page and by notifying Google to do the same. Also, the web page should be cleared of any and all disparaging comments about my client and her family. I trust that you have the technical expertise to accomplish that very quickly. Once that is done, we can begin our discussion.

You may contact me via this email or via telephone at my office 914-615-9595. The best time to reach me is between 2PM and 4PM Eastern Standard Time.

I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and remain hopeful that we can correct this horrible situation. If you are sincere about correcting it and putting your son first, then I have no doubt that we can.
